For those who are interested in studying computers, or those who are technician, the name of Hiren's BootCD is surely not strange. It can be said that it is an indispensable tool, with many different utilities to help you format, restore, customize, etc. for your personal computer or for customers (for you technician).

However, with the trend of increasingly modern, copyright law increasingly difficult, so recently the updates of Hiren's BootCD has been greatly reduced the utility that you still use such as Norton Ghost, Acronis Disk Director, Acronis True Image, etc.

At the same time, although the name of Hiren's BootCD has been famous for a long time, but after a lot of time rebuilding Hiren's BootCD, I have found that it has many areas that have not been improved well. So, I build a lot of things to improve compatibility, customization, ease of use, etc.

HDAT2 (ALL-IN-ONE BOOT version) is program for test or diagnostics of ATA/ATAPI/SATA, SSD and SCSI/USB devices.
It will not execute in a DOS session under Windows. You should make a DOS boot floppy disk or CD/DVD and boot your system for it and execute this program from that floppy disk or CD-ROM.

HDAT2 program has 2 levels:

Device testing
- main function is testing and repair (to regenerate) bad sectors for detected devices

You can create a boot CD with any of a variety of hard drive diagnostics, hard disk management programs, memory diagnostics, Linux-based rescue discs, and more. Overview

Hard Disk Sentinel Enterprise is a complete software solution for remotely manage hard disk/solid state disk in client computers over the network. The package comes with a centralised management software (the Enterprise Server itself) and a client software: Hard Disk Sentinel Professional or Hard Disk Sentinel silent client which is installed on the client computers (hosts) and collects hard disk health, temperature, free space and system related information. Such information are displayed in the single management console called Hard Disk Sentinel Enterprise Server.

Hard Disk Sentinel Enterprise Server can filter, show, sort, arrange hard disk status information in different ways so the network administrator is immediately notified about problem related to hard disk or SSD drive used in the client computers, allowing the opportunity to check and improve the situation.

By using Hard Disk Sentinel Enterprise Server, it is possible to quickly make list of the hottest hard disk drives or all hard disk drives with low health in all managed clients (hosts) to make preventative maintenance. Moreover, alerts can be configured for various events, and it is possible to start tests remote on hard disks (even all   hard disks in all   hosts) by some single clicks.

Requirements

• the client computers (hosts) should have Registered Hard Disk Sentinel software installed. It can be Hard Disk Sentinel Professional or the special "silent" client which has no user interface, just provides information for Hard Disk Sentinel Enterprise Server

• the Accept remote connections from server option (Configuration -> Integration) must be enabled. The connection port should be the same for the client and the server (different clients may have different port settings but the same must be configured for each client on the server)

• Server side: 1024x768 or larger display resolution is recommended to display all details, especially if managing lots of hosts and/or high number of hard disk drives.

Filelist Creator is a software tool that was specifically built in order to aid individuals in generating lists, based on the contents of a specified folder.

• Ease of Use
  • To see their first final table, it is enough to drop some files from a folder to the program. You save a lot of time. Nevertheless, of course it is possible to go into any detail and to adjust the default settings individually to your needs.
• Any Files
  • The program is not limited to files from only one folder, you can add files from any folder to the list. It is possible to simply drag files into the program, you can search in folders or your entire computer. A filter function provides the ability to search just for special files.
• Preview

Issues error running the tool?
- Check if you have all  the necessary files (.NET4 and above/Net FX)
- Check for AV programs running(Important). Disable it temporarily.  All files detected are false positives.
- Check for other security applications running
- Check if  Condusiv program are still active despite uninstallation ( remove left over files)
 

How to use the tool?
- Important to refer to the "READMEFIRST.NFO"  inside the package if included before using the tool.

1. I have successfully activated the latest version using the previous toolbox. Do i still need the latest toolbox to permanently activate?

- No need. If you have successfully activated it, you will stay activated unless they have a major update change, change in your hardware, formatted your disk.

  Its always your choice, just be mindful that the previous tool implements the registry and file permission lock installed which

  might cause some unusual program behavior. 

2.  Which product would i choose to use ?
