Features:

  • Overprovision Tool - The overprovision tool will allow the user to allocate a portion of the free space on the SSD to be used by the controller in the SSD within certain guidelines. This overprovisioned space created on the drive will allow the controller to better manage and maintain the performance and longevity of the SSD drive.
  • Disk Clone Tool - The disk cloning tool copies the contents of the selected source drive to the selected destination drive.
  • Optimize TRIM Tool - The Optimize Tool issues a TRIM command to the SSD which tells the SSD which data blocks are no longer in use, such as those left by deleted files. Regular use of the TRIM command will help the SSD maintain maximum performance. We include support for Microsoft AHCI and Intel Matrix Storage Manager on all MS OS’s*.
  • S.M.A.R.T Status Tool - This will display the current S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology) status of the drive overall as well as the status of individual attributes of the drive.
  • Secure Drive Wipe - The Secure Wipe Tool will allow the user to securely delete the entire contents of the drive. This feature will place the drive in its original unformatted RAW state without any file system. The data on your drive cannot be recovered after running a secure wipe. As a safety feature, the Secure Wipe Tool will NOT allow the user to erase the contents of their boot drive.

    • The application now includes the functionality that checks the trusted secure connection to Kaspersky Lab services and websites of online banking and e-money systems by verifying the certificates of the relevant web resources.

    • An option to send feedback has been added.

  • Mail Anti-Virus has been improved. The default level of heuristic analysis has been increased to medium.

  • Anti-Banner has been improved. Lists of websites on which banners are not blocked have been added. Component operation statistics have been improved. It is now possible to manage Anti-Banner via the Kaspersky Protection extension.

  • Quick access to the main tasks (such as a scan task or update task) from the taskbar notification area in operating systems that support quick access lists has been added.

  • The progress of tasks performed by Kaspersky Small Office Security is now displayed as a progress indicator in the taskbar notification area.

  • The On-Screen Keyboard icon has been improved. The icon no longer prevents data input in the entry fields.

  • Application performance has been improved and computer resource consumption has been optimized.

  • Less time is required to start the application.

    • Added percent based overvoltage support.

You may use traditional core clock slider on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 and 1080 graphics cards to apply fixed offset to all voltage/frequency curve points as well as use brand new flexible voltage/frequency curve editor window for more precise per-point curve adjustment. The editor window can be activated either with <Voltage/frequency curve editor> button in the main application window or with <Ctrl> + <F> keyboard shortcut and it provides you the following features: § You may independently adjust clock frequency offset for each point with mouse cursor or <Up> / <Down> keys
    • You may hold <Ctrl> key to set anchor and fix clock frequency offset in minimum/maximum voltage point and adjust the offset of any other point with mouse to linearly interpolate the offsets between the anchor and adjustment points
    • You may hold <Shift> key while adjusting the offset of any point with mouse to apply the same fixed offset to all points. That’s equal to adjusting the offset with the slider in main application window.
    • You may press <Ctrl> + <D> to reset offsets for all points § You may switch between traditional core clock control slider in the main window and voltage/frequency curve editor window to see how they affect each other in real-time
    • You may press <L> after selecting any point on the curve with mouse cursor to disable GPU dynamic voltage/frequency adjustment and lock the voltage and core clock frequency to a state defined by the target point. This feature allows you to test graphics card stability independently for each voltage/frequency point of the curve using real 3D applications or any stress test of your choice. In addition to stability testing usage scenario, MSI Afterburner allows you to save a curve with locked point setting to a profile, so you may easily switch between dynamic voltage/frequency management and fixed voltage/frequency settings in realtime (e.g. to achieve the maximum performance during benchmarking). Please take a note that fixed voltage and frequency settings do not allow you to disable power and thermal throttling
  • Increased default maximum limits for “Core clock”, “Memory clock” and “Memory usage” graphs to improve graphs readability on NVIDIA Pascal series graphics cards
  • Added configuration file switch, allowing you to toggle the source for “Power” graph on NVIDIA graphics cards. Normalized total power draw (i.e. normalized value from multiple power sensors installed on the graphics card) is selected by default per NVIDIA recommendation, however you can configure MSI Afterburner to display power draw from GPU sensor only
  • Improved representation of performance limits graphs for NVIDIA graphics cards per NVIDIA recommendations:
    • “Voltage limit” and “OV max limit” graphs have been merged into single “Voltage limit” graph
    • “Utilization limit” graph has been renamed to “No load limit” graph

    What is TheSage?

    It is best to think of TheSage as two different systems: a knowledge database and a multi-tool interface.

    The knowledge database consists of a tightly integrated English dictionary and thesaurus. TheSage’s index contains roughly 250,000 words and its dictionary approximately 315,000 senses, 60,000 etymologies, 55,000 examples of use, and 75,000 phonetic transcriptions. TheSage’s thesaurus contains approximately 1,850,000 relationships between words and definitions, from synonyms and antonyms to hypernyms, hyponyms, meronyms, holonyms, etc.

    The interface allows the user to extract and collect information from the knowledge database in a variety of ways. This is accomplished by means of the tools shown in the left Navigation panel.

    TheSage has been designed to be used by language researchers and pedagogues seeking to carry out certain kinds of linguistic analyses. Please read this documentation carefully and contact us if you have any problems. Despite the complexity of TheSage, using the dictionary is extremely simple. Casual users only need to type a word and press the Enter key. If the word exists, TheSage will display its senses, thesaurus, pronunciation, and other information. If the word does not exist, TheSage will provide suggestions and alternative spellings.

    Journalists, translators, etc., might want to know that our approach is that of descriptive linguistics. Therefore, TheSage is not to be used to determine what the "correct" or "incorrect" use of the English language is. We are satisfied by describing how English speakers use the language.

     

    Dictionary

    To use the dictionary, first select the Dictionary tool on the left Navigation panel, then type a word in the text box, and press the Enter key (or click on the Enter button).

    By default, a drop down list will automatically provide suggestions as you type. This feature can be disabled via the Dictionary page in the Options dialog.
