Remote install is no longer available because of K*di on going legalities.  Side-loading method is in the best interest of the PythonCrew.

Note:  As K*di moves toward newer releases like 17.x and 18.x, 16.x addons will become obsolete.  I advise everyone who has old android devices upgrade to meet the specifications of 17.x and higher.  Your time is limited if using 16.x releases.  :(
