A reliable partition management application that comes with file and partition table recovery capabilities, as well as backup functions. Eassos PartitionGuru is a basic partition manager with a particular focus on data recovery.
The program has options to create, format, hide or delete partitions, for instance, but it's not so great at manipulating them later. There's an option to resize a partition, for instance, but you can't move space from one partition to another, or convert its type.
PartitionGuru has plenty of useful features elsewhere, though. You can protect your system by backing up a drive's partition table, ready for easy restoration later, while there are options to clone an individual partition or an entire hard drive.
