WinPE Maintenance Disk based on the Windows 8.1 Enterprise (64-bit) and assembled using Winbuilder.
Note: RAM should be at least 2 GB and should be 64-bit processor.
You can burn the image to DVD using Ultraiso
or write image to a USB flash drive, using program CopyToUSB,
which kindly provided by Ratiborus.
Note: if you don't have UEFI uncheck "UEFIx64" when writing USB.
