This is the original PAF Portable build by QWiiKs when SynWrite was released as e rar file. So now You can use it only as offline installer:
1. manual download latest version of SynWrite from Sourceforge at this page https://sourceforge.net/projects/synwrite/files/Release/ and download the file SynWrite-6.23.2310.zip
2. with WinRAR convert it from SynWrite-6.23.2310.zip to SynWrite-6.23.2310.rar and rename it to SynWite.rar. Put this file in Your favorite folder.
3. download the PAF installer from:
Sharecode[?]: /download/8yd15ld3gur35p8/SynWritePortable_x.x_online.paf.exe

QWiiKs has build his SynWrite online installer with following terms:
1. Sourceforge download path must be changed:
from: http://vorboss.dl.sourceforge.net/project/synwrite/Release/SynWrite.rar
to: http://sourceforge.net/projects/synwrite/files/Release/SynWrite.zip
do not use 'https' but only 'http'
2. Sourceforge download type file:
from: .rar
to: .zip
