  • On older Windows systems, if WeatherMate was prevented from creating a desktop shortcut, the message displayed when this happened required it to be manually dismissed.  Now, the message automatically disappears after 10 seconds.

• Bug fixes:
  • Radar images and US weather condition maps were sometimes not available.
  • Metric long descriptions of forecasts for Tonight and Tomorrow Night specified wind speeds in mph instead of kph.
  • Changes to the metric units and auto-hide modes were sometimes not saved.
