HaoZip is a free WinRar style archiver from China, which, according to many users, works very well. It provides an interface where you will navigate and will select desired ZIP file(s) - you can select multiple ones. It offers a repair function and even includes a malware scanner which scans the files in archives.
HaoZip requires any Windows operating system to be running on the computer it will be installed on.
The official English language version has not been updated for several years ago. However Russian forum ru-board has released an English and Russian language version of the version 5.5.1. It installs in English and ru-board have even included an auto updater which can update it to the latest ru-board version (but it can't work always good). The current version scans for malware with 360, Tencent and Avira.

The files come from the chinese version 5.8.2, but I have omitted some files and inserted/modified four files from ru-board eng version 5.5.1: HaoZipLang_enu.dll; HaoZip.skn; 7zCon_enu.sfx; 7zSetup_enu.sfx
Noinstall - unpack in any dir (but is not portable - settings are stored in roaming dir: C:\Users\...path...\AppData\Roaming\HaoZip, some other in registry). Start Haozip.exe from main dir. The first two starts require the closure of alerts that will not be replicated (as a result of storage in the settings files)...
