NetBalancer is a utility by which a user can distribute Internet traffic between separate applications. The program allows not only to set the speed limit on reception or return, but also set priorities for network activity (low, normal or high), and also completely block traffic.
Provides the ability to manage individual processes, collecting statistics on them and displaying a list of open connections for each of them, download / upload speed and the amount of data transferred. In addition, the program can monitor selected network adapters and set traffic limits for computers on the local network. There is an integrated scheduler.
