Chromium 68.0.3440.106 WPO builds

Unofficial stable Chromium 68.0.3440.106-r561733 builds for Windows 10-7 by Nik. Officially, Chromium does not have a stable release. Google Chrome is the stable release... but it is not open-source. Chromium Authors release only unstable Dev builds to end users although Chromium is continually in development. Stable Chromium is compiled from the current Chromium with all patches. In version 68.0.3440.106 there are 106 patches which correct many issues (bugs, feature requests, enhancements...) to the original Chromium.

No sync, no WebRTC, No Widewine: Since version 68, these builds are stopped. Now, WebRTC is deeply integrated in Chromium.
