Tip from @jordan4x:

The culprit is ExportISO.exe located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\EaseUS\EaseUS Partition Master 12.8\bin"

if you want to give it a try :

- Make a copy of ExportISO.exe from a previous installation

- After using medicine shared above, replace  ExportISO.exe located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\EaseUS\EaseUS Partition Master 12.8\bin" with the one you copied

- Open the program, click the WinPE bootable disk button and export your ISO
