• A few visual improvements, the most notable of which is Events Log's auto-update feature

Note about medicine:

This is the first patch made available since 9.4.1. Many very desirable features have been added for paid users since this older version and sadly, many crucial features have been removed from the free version (which is why I spent time creating this patch). If you are running 9.4.1, I would highly recommend upgrading.
