AIO Boot 0.9.3.7 Portable

File size: 37.3 MB

AIO Boot is a handy utility that enables you to create a bootable USB or disk drive with Grub2 or Clover in a few simple steps. Additionally, it allows you to boot via LAN with PXE Server and iPXE Tiny, as well as integrate multiple operating systems or support programs. The program is not too difficult to use, and it features a simple, somewhat outdated interface. However, it must be noted that no English documentation is available.

Straightforward installation and deployment procedure
Once you have downloaded the application, you need to select the drive where the necessary files should be extracted. This should be the bootable USB or HDD you wish to create.

After unpacking, the application will be launched automatically, and you can install either Grub2 or Clover with only a single mouse click. Additionally, you can run PXE and choose either Legacy or UEFI mode.

Integrate multiple operating systems or support programs
Once you have installed the desired component, you can switch to the Integration tab and select a package that you wish to integrate. The program provides you with helpful links that can be used to find and download the necessary software.

After obtaining the application package you would like to integrate, you need to provide the local path to the downloaded ISO file.

Simple utility that lacks English documentation
If you have a certain amount of experience with these operations, creating a bootable drive should not be too difficult. The UI features a fairly straightforward layout, so instructions may not be necessary.

However, it would have been great if a comprehensive user manual were available, as novices may not fully understand the process.

All in all, AIO Boot is a useful application that enables you to create bootable USB drives, hard drives or even memory cards using Grub2 or Clover. It features a simple, minimalistic UI, but it does not offer any English documentation.

Boot AIO now supports installation on 32 and NTFS partitions. In this article I'll show how to do it automatically or manually.

  1. Introduce
  2. AIO Boot Settings
  3. Gender and the partition
  4. Root partition

Introduce

AIO Boot in the previous version, I introduced the partition using the NTFS and FAT32. FAT32 partition only mission is to support UEFI boot mode and supports Clover. Since version 0.9.4.3 Boot AIO, this tool supports full installation on multiple partitions.

What's New?

  1. FAT32 partition now not only support UEFI mode and supports Clover, it also fully supported as an NTFS partition. Which means you can integrate two or more packages on both partitions.
  2. Each partition will have a separate menu containing the package you have built on that partition.
  3. You can switch between the menu of the partition that you install Boot AIO. Grub2 from the menu, simply press the F8 key and select a different partition. Then you can see the menu of the package that you've built on that partition.

Why use multiple partitions?

There are many reasons we should use multiple partitions. Here only comes to 32 and NTFS, do not experiment with exFAT.

  1. FAT32 partition is always necessary if you want to support UEFI mode and support Clover Legacy mode. Both Windows and Linux use FAT32 partition to boot in UEFI mode.
  2. Ubuntu does not currently support the regime stays on NTFS partitions. So if you want to use this feature, use FAT32.
  3. Many Linux package as Bitdefender, Fedora, Gentoo does not support on NTFS. So if you want to integrate them, you should use FAT32.
  4. You can only store a file size of 4GB or smaller on a FAT32 partition. For files over 4GB, you need NTFS or exFAT use. In case, if you want to use larger storage mode 4GB for Android-x86, OS and Phoenix Remix OS, you need to NTFS or exFAT use. The backup file partition as GHOST, Acronis, VHD and WIM are also very large in size.

There are many reasons that you might like to NTFS or FAT32 will my own, then I will use both if necessary.

AIO Boot Settings

There are many tools that can help you create multiple partitions. As long as you create multiple partitions and ripping up all the AIO Boot partition. Here I will introduce how to do automatically on USB and how to do it manually on your hard drive.

Automatic

  2. Click on the button Automatic partition .
    AIO Boot Extractor
  3. Next, select the disk devices in the first position. Select the option FAT32 & NTFS , set the size for FAT32 partition and click OK . Here I will put 5GB for FAT32 partition, the remaining capacity will be used to create NTFS partitions.

  4. The tool will start the process of creating and extracting two partitions on both AIO Boot partition.

To ensure data security for users, currently only supports AIO USB Boot Extractor and SDcard. If you want to create multiple partitions on your hard drive, refer to how to do it manually.

Disk Management tool is a hard drive partition for simple, fast and effective.

  3. In the box Enter the amount of space to shrink in MB , enter the amount that you need to get. Here I will take down to 20000 MB (19.53 GB).
    Shrink Volume
  4. You will see the corresponding space located behind the drive that you have taken. Number marked as unallocated  (19.53 GB) will be used to create a new partition. Now you can create a new partition by clicking on the section Unallocated and select New Simple Volume . If your hard drive is empty and wants to create a new partition, start from here.

If the version of Windows that you are using does not show the hidden partition, you can use tools like BOOTICE support. You can only access one partition at a time. Existing partitions will be hidden to hidden partition can be present.
